All orders are processed on 100% advance payment. This is not a restriction — it's what allows us to offer you genuine wholesale rates without inflating prices to cover credit risk. Aapka paisa safe, hamara maal guaranteed.

How the Payment Process Works
Step 1: Place Your Order
Browse our catalog, use the Quick Order page, or simply WhatsApp us your requirement list. We'll confirm product availability and prepare your invoice.
Step 2: Receive Your Proforma Invoice
We send you a detailed proforma invoice with product names, quantities, rates, and the total payable amount. Sab kuch likha hua, koi confusion nahi.
Step 3: Make the Payment
Transfer the full amount via RTGS, NEFT, UPI, or IMPS. Share the payment confirmation screenshot on WhatsApp for fastest processing.
Step 4: Payment Verified, Order Locked
Our team verifies the payment (usually within 1-2 hours during business hours). Once confirmed, your order is locked and moves to the packing stage. No changes after this point.
Step 5: Dispatch & Tracking
Your goods are packed, weighed, and handed over to the transport company. We share the transport receipt (bilti/LR) with you on WhatsApp so you can track your shipment.
Important Payment Notes
No Cash on Delivery (COD). We are a wholesale business dealing in bulk quantities. COD is not feasible for shipments weighing 50 kg to 500 kg. We hope you understand.
No Credit Terms. We do not offer credit to any buyer, regardless of order size or relationship duration. This policy is what allows us to maintain the lowest possible rates. Agar koi aapko credit offer kar raha hai, toh woh already uska cost aapke rate mein jod chuka hai. Our rates are clean — no hidden credit markup.
Partial Payments. For very large orders (above ₹5 lakh), we can accept payment in two installments — 50% to confirm the order and 50% before dispatch. Contact us to discuss.
GST Invoice. A proper GST invoice is generated for every order and shared via email and WhatsApp after dispatch. If you need the invoice before dispatch for your records, just ask.
Section 2: How Logistics Works
The Burrabazar Transport Advantage
Here's something most online sellers can't offer you: We are physically located in Burrabazar, Kolkata — the largest wholesale market in Eastern India. And right around us, within walking distance, are over 450 transport companies that run daily trucks to every district, town, and village across Eastern and North-Eastern India.
This is not some fancy logistics partnership on paper. This is real, on-ground access to the most extensive transport network in the region. Jab aapka maal Burrabazar se niklega, toh seedha aapki dukaan tak pahunchega — bina kisi courier company ke chakkar mein pade.
How Shipping Works
We do not use courier companies. Courier services like Delhivery, BlueDart, or DTDC are designed for small parcels — 1 kg, 5 kg, maybe 10 kg. Your orders are 50 kg, 100 kg, sometimes 500 kg. For this kind of volume, the traditional Burrabazar transport network is faster, cheaper, and more reliable than any courier service in the country.
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Your order is packed and weighed at our Burrabazar godown. Every bag is properly sealed and labeled with your name, destination, and contact number.
Step 2: We select the best transport for your location. Based on your city/town and the weight of your order, we choose the transport company that offers the best combination of speed, safety, and cost for your specific route.
Step 3: Goods are loaded and a transport receipt (Bilti/LR) is generated. This receipt is your proof of shipment. We share a photo of the Bilti on WhatsApp immediately after loading.
Step 4: You receive your goods at the transport company's local godown in your city/town. Some transporters also offer door delivery for an additional charge — we can arrange this if you need it.

Shipping Costs
Transport charges are paid by the buyer and are separate from the product cost. The transport company will collect the freight charges at the time of delivery (To-Pay basis) or we can include it in your invoice if you prefer prepaid freight.

Important Logistics Notes
Transfer of Responsibility. Once the goods are handed over to the transport company and the Bilti/LR is generated, the responsibility for safe transit lies with the transport company. We pack your goods with utmost care, but any transit damage claims must be raised with the transporter directly. We will, of course, assist you in the process.
Insurance. For high-value orders, we recommend opting for transit insurance through the transport company. The cost is minimal (typically 0.5-1% of goods value) and protects you against damage or loss during transit. Let us know if you want insurance, and we'll arrange it.
Preferred Transporter. If you already have a preferred transport company that operates from Burrabazar, just tell us! We'll dispatch through them. Many of our regular buyers have their own trusted transporters, and we're happy to work with whoever you choose. Aapka transporter, aapki marzi.
Self-Pickup. If you or your representative is visiting Kolkata, you are welcome to pick up your order directly from our Burrabazar godown. Many buyers from nearby districts prefer this option. Just inform us 24 hours in advance so we can keep your order packed and ready.
